This is a great new RV Park which is still somewhat under construction. The first phase has pulled through lots that are fully paved. The back half is full hookups but it's on a grassy / dirt area. The grass lots are a lot wider. When you get on your grass lot do an inspection for stickers. They're very sharp and spread out throughout the grass. There are no trees to park near it's a wide open area. They have Wi-Fi which is a little slow but they are supposed to get fiber optic Wi-Fi in the very near future.

We moved to another spot due to a loud RV's heater system making a low frequency hum which vibrated our RV at night. The staff was easy to work with to make this happen.

The new grass lot was nice with little to no stickers. The ground was firmer and our jacks did not sink.

On Sunday, they had a live band play. The Three Gs. They were great and drew a large crowd.

They have a nice laundry room.
Some washers were $2.50 and others are $3.00. If you wanted an extra wash an extra rinse it was $4.75. the dryers were $2.50 but you could add a quarter for an extra 6 minutes.
(There is a coin laundry down the street but it is nasty)

There are unisex bathroom/bathhouse. (6). The are kept clean and have a heat lamp for winter time. The water pressure is ok and the hot water will go to a scalding level if you desire. These rooms are clean and nice.

The monthly rate is roughly $444, plus electric. Not only is this very affordable, the good news is, this is the price for any spot in the RV lot. Whether you pick a big grass field or a paved pull through.

They have a game room which had a mini library some card tables and four pool tables. Unfortunately due to the lack of some parents not being able to supervise their kids in the past, and causing damage to the game room, kids are not allowed.

They have future plans of building a swimming pool.

The Chiefland Police drive through here quite often which is nice.

There is a free driving range in the rear of the park. There are markers and flags to show your distance and accuracy.

There is a Walmart and other shopping within a mile of the RV park. There are numerous restaurants in chiefland the cover all spectrums of food.

You're about an hour drive away from Gainesville or Ocala. These cities are more urbanized and have all of the big box stores.

Both AT&T and Verizon have good cellular service and good cellular data download speeds.

They have several activities going on ranging from bingo to poker to Happy hour. (BYOB)

This RV park is owned and run by a husband and wife team. They take great care of the property and provide the best level of customer service. They actually give you their cell phone number when you arrive in case there's things that can help you with.

5 star rating This place is really great! The owners are super nice people w good energy as well. Super nice bathroom, laundry, big pavilion w shuffleboard. Very level paved sites. The sun shone bright on our solar panels all day in this nice open setting. Very clean and new.
If you're looking for tree cover you won't find much shade here but I love the sun so no shade is a plus for me.
Nice little dog area. New paved roads, I rode 3 miles on my bike without a bump.
